Resumo: Based on the current scales and the activities currently performed at the stations, there was an opportunity to gain operational flexibility with the creation of a new position: station operator. A feasibility study was carried out to evaluate the impacts on customer service, training needs, how to make a transition and financial impacts. This function will group the activities currently performed by the following positions: Attendant and Sales Operator, Selling Operator, Station Auxiliary, Platform Auxiliary and Entrance Auxiliary. The only position that will not be absorbed in this role is that of Security Agent, although some administrative functions of the agent are absorbed.
